Akyla MCP privacy notice

Effective October 23, 2026. Akila Analytics, LLC operates Akyla Financial Data and its hosted MCP service.

Connecting your account and using tools

When you connect through Google, we use your verified email to find or create your Akyla account. You can also connect using an existing Akyla API key. Authentication records and encrypted credentials are stored to maintain your connection and enforce account permissions.

Your AI client sends tool requests and their arguments to Akyla. We use them to retrieve financial data and return the requested results to that client. When you use ChatGPT, OpenAI receives those results and handles your conversation under its own privacy policy and your account settings. Our tools do not place trades or access personal bank accounts.

Logs and service records

Request/access logging is disabled for the hosted MCP endpoint. We do not retain MCP request or response payloads as logs. Account, authentication, subscription, and usage-quota records are separate from request logs and are used to operate your account.

We use Google for optional sign-in and Stripe for subscriptions purchased on Akyla. A new Google sign-in account may generate an internal signup notification containing its email address in our Slack workspace.

Disconnecting and deletion requests

You can disconnect Akyla in your AI client's settings and revoke API keys in Akyla. For account or data deletion requests, contact hello@akyla.ai. Disconnecting Akyla does not delete conversations already held by your AI client; manage those through that client's settings.

This notice describes the MCP integration. The general privacy notice below describes our other services. For MCP-specific practices and contact details, this notice applies.
